I. Your Calling
Updated: Feb 17, 2019

Do you remember that moment when you first felt you had something to say that was different from what the rest was saying?
That’s when the journey to your inner essence started, when you started discovering you are someone unique, with a unique message, a unique voice, a unique style, a unique way of doing things.
You might not have noticed it, but that was also the moment when you started being a leader. Yes, of course: leaders have followers, and if there’s nobody else except you, you can walk your own way, but it doesn’t really feel like you’re leading anybody.
What you should consider is that such a momentary lack of followers might only have to do with the circumstances of time and place: your followers are already there, waiting for you, they just have to find you.
This might have been a major obstacle in the times before the rise of social networks and global digital communities. But today, and a bit more every day, what matters is that you succeed at formulating your message and finding your voice.
